National Pasta Day

National Pasta Day, observed on October 17th, celebrates one of the world's most beloved and versatile staple foods, honoring the countless shapes and preparations of dough made primarily from wheat flour and water or eggs that form the backbone of Italian cuisine and countless international culinary traditions.
