Human Rights Day

Human Rights Day, observed annually on December 10th, is a United Nations observance marking the anniversary of the 1948 adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN General Assembly, a foundational document establishing fundamental rights and freedoms to which all human beings are entitled regardless of nationality, race, religion, or any other status.
